  • you have an unresolved problem or complaint with eToys about customer service you experienced before, during or after you made your purchase
  • you have not recieved your purchase
  • you have filed a complaint using the online form furnished by eToys and have NOT received a response, other than automated

You are not at the mercy of this company! you, the consumer, have the power to make your issues heard and get the response and customer service you deserve!
WHAT TO DO:
If you have not already done so, TRN is urging ALL consumers with any of the criteria above to file an online complaint with eToys through their website or via snail mail. If you have not done so, now is the time. If you have, here are your next steps if you have NOT received communication (other than automated) within a reasonable amount of time.

eToys is a Better Business Bureau Online Reliability participant, and as such, eToys must address all complaints filed with them by e-mail, website forms, or snail mail. Failure to do so can be formally filed as a complaint with the BBB; the Los Angeles Bureau has the authority to launch an investigation and to yank eToys' enrollment.
The BBB handles "complaints involving marketplace activities -- misleading advertising, improper selling practices... misrepresentation... unsatisfactory service...."
